By accessing and using DEV BHOOMI DELIGHT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Platform Role: DEV BHOOMI DELIGHT acts solely as a B2B marketplace and reverse auction software engine connecting verified wholesale grocery suppliers with bulk buyers.
• Zero Logistics Liability: We do not take ownership of, warehouse, transport, or deliver any goods. All logistics, shipping, delivery tracking, and risk of loss are strictly the responsibility of the Supplier and the Buyer. DEV BHOOMI DELIGHT assumes no liability for damaged goods, delayed deliveries, or logistical disputes.
• Binding Agreements: When a buyer accepts a supplier's bid, a legally binding Purchase Order (PO) is instantly generated. Failure to fulfill an accepted PO may result in account termination.

We are committed to protecting your corporate data and intellectual property.

• Data Collection: We collect necessary business data including GSTIN, PAN, banking details, and contact information for verification purposes.
• Data Sharing: We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Buyer contact information is only shared with a Supplier *after* a bid has been accepted to facilitate logistics coordination.
• Data Retention: Invoice and Purchase Order data is retained for 7 years in compliance with Indian taxation and corporate laws.

DEV BHOOMI DELIGHT uses cookies to ensure the platform functions securely and efficiently.

• Essential Cookies: We use strictly necessary cookies (via Supabase) to authenticate your session and keep you logged in. You cannot opt out of these.
• Performance Cookies: We use minimal analytics cookies to understand page load times and identify bugs in our bidding engine.
• Third-Party Cookies: We do not use third-party advertising or marketing trackers.

To protect both parties, DEV BHOOMI DELIGHT utilizes an Escrow payment gateway.

• Fund Capturing: Upon accepting a bid, the buyer's funds are captured and held securely by our Escrow partner.
• Payout Triggers: Funds are released to the supplier's bank account only after the buyer confirms receipt of goods and approves the quality on their dashboard.
• Auto-Release: If a buyer does not manually approve or dispute a delivery within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, funds will be auto-released to the supplier.
• Refunds: If a supplier fails to deliver the goods or delivers severely damaged items (proven via dispute resolution), the escrow funds will be fully refunded to the buyer.
